Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
For the Filling
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or spinach
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
Place each chicken breast on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each breast without cutting all the way through. - Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley or spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. - Stuff the Chicken
Spoon the filling into each chicken breast pocket. Secure with toothpicks if necessary to keep the filling inside. - Season the Chicken
Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Cook the Chicken
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F). - Rest Before Serving
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh green salad.
