Air Fryer Beef Kabobs
Ingredients
- 500 g beef (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into 2.5–3 cm cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 3–5 minutes. - Season the Beef
Place the beef cubes in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and lemon juice if using. Mix well to coat the meat evenly. - Assemble the Kabobs
Thread the beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and onion pieces. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 20 minutes beforehand to prevent burning. - Cook the Kabobs
Place the kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. - Rest Before Serving
Remove the kabobs and let them rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

- Medium-rare: about 10 minutes
- Medium: about 11–12 minutes
